Nikon 400mm f5.6 Nikkor*ED ("fat version") brand_Canon The MSDS is available hereThis Nikon 400mm f5. 6 Nikkor*ED is a hard to find early model of the Nikon 400mm f5. 6, sometimes referred to as the, ahem, "fat" version. It is a broader lens than the later IF version, and was produced in pretty low quantities: Nikon collector Richard De Stoutz claims less than 400 were made, though the serial number on this lens is slightly lower than his starting point, so I suppose that may be up for debate. Either way, not a lot of these out
