It is small

with an overflowing bowl below it  set against a background of radiating rainbows

a little further research has led me to understand the origins of the technique to be

8 1/2 l x 4 1/4 t x 11/16 d and in very good condition

Two Birds, Four Birds, Earlier 20th Century Paper Cut with Watercolor and Ink booth and this one I thinkI found this folded in half, just the watercolor birds showing as in first photo, and I might show it that way myself, but nice to open it to see their echoes, with just a little decoration animating their wings, and then to flip it over to find all four in silhouette. I believe these are meant to represent Meadowlarks, but don't hold me to it face to face, beaks ajar as if mid chirp, I might call them love birds, too! Paper 9 1 2" square when
