They are marked with a N on the bottoms, but I have not been able to figure out the maker. 1960s 70s I believe. Cups measure 3 1 2" t x 2 3 4" in diameter. I think perhaps technically they are Melamine. Sleeve measures 11 1 2" x 3 1 16. Very good condition, with wear to
