Underneath is the Carolina waterproof ScubaLinerTM to protect you from the elements. This boot has a non metallic, composite safety toe cap and 600 Grams of ThinsulateTM insulation. It also has an electrical hazard rating, triple rib steel shank and has a rugged Welt construction.
