Laurent Barth Alsace "Racines Métisses" Rolle WINE SPECIFICSLaurent Barth's vines are located in the village of Bennwhir, in the area north of Colmar with a unique micro climate, home to the most famous wine villages in Alsace. "Racines Mtisses" is a blend of the pressed juices from all his varietals varying by year; the 2012 is a blend of Riesling, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Gewurtzraminer. He employs natural winemaking techniques. Great balance of acidity, with citrus and white fruit and a hint of smokiness
