Flat leather on each end and 3 inches of rolled leather in the center. 4 pre punched holes on each side for easy adjustability. Adjusts from 7 inches to 9. 5 inches in length. Very supple, hot oiled leather. Made in the USA by Jerry Beagley When looking for a nice response without the use of a chain, this is the curb strap.
