I am not certain the age on these but they are definitely old

The flask measures 5 3/4" tall x 3" wide by 1 1/2" deep

Signed Early Modern Watercolor of Houses on Water Victorian pitcher 75" diameter x 1/2" tallThis small watercolor is signed on the rocks at lower left; I can't make it out, but I have a of feeling that it was done by someone known as it has a lot of confidence about it. Found in Maine and surely done on site I might venture to guess on Monhegan island, though I don't know that for sure. First quarter of thew 20th century I would think.
