Grilled herbs and dried meat aromas plus expressive mineral, berry, sauerkraut and dried lychee notes. Such intensity on the palate, but its also ethereal, with lots of mossy berries and pepper dancing through the palate. Extremely long yet delicate and vulnerable. Only 1,950 bottles made. Drink or hold.
