Domaine Joliet 'Clos de la Perrière' 1er Cru Fixin 2021 ORANGE WINE selected bud wood (sélection massale)The Clos de la Perrire is a single five hectare parcel, a true clos, surrounded by a wall in Fixin. Bnigne Joliet considers that there are four separate terroirs here and each is vinified and aged separately and blended just before bottling. The soil varies with stoney limestone, clay, a mix of clay and limestone and then the area near the woods at the top of the slope is cooler than the rest of the vineyard. The youngest vines are ten years old and
