It appears to have been framed not very long ago--mounted on tannish-cream board and in what looks like a burl wood frame

8 1/16" t x 1 7/8" w x 1" d

10" across at lip and 7 1/2" across at base

with just a very little bit of age toning around the edges

Collecting Inuit art would likely be the first thing I'd do if I had the means
