with ebony backs and three brass pins positioned more or less on the horizontal

with crowns on one side and concentric rings on the other

and the division between black on one line and berries on the next

I really like the form, though, with these very thin rails to the "cage" and nice pointy finial on top, making it feel a bit like an aerodynamic dart, ready to be thrown at a target!
