In what looks to me to be perfect condition

with all of its original components (less the paints and pots and brushes that would have been acquired to fill it

as I have found a few other pieces--cabinets mostly--with very very similar marquetry patterning

I am especially partial to the bird (such a great flurry of labels dissecting it!), but excellent frog and fish and crawfish and earthworm, and teeth, too! And a very empathic sort of clam!
