Plus the perfectly round raised ring around the glass and perfectly flat handle, which makes me think a bit of a popsicle or lollipop on a stick, and also of shaker bevelled glass hand mirrors. A fun object, great for all sorts of displays and who can ever have too many magnifiers laying
