I believe dating it to the late 19th century or so

with part of old paper label on the bottom half and one small split near the edge of the lid on one side

There is one well done old repair at one corner that I didn't notice until shooting detail photos

I might guess British, though am not sure; I do think WW2 era. To my eye great in every way, down to the red stained brick wall they're sitting on. 2 1 8" in diameter. General wear and age, and not sure if that red is a stain or hand coloring all to the good in any case. Mirror back is in good shape.
