Poulsard is the Jura's signature pale red, and Labet treats it with a featherlight touch: organic farming, native fermentation, gentle aging. The result is a model of the grape, round and fleshy yet delicate, with juicy red fruit and rare finesse. Pale in color but full of life, it's best served slightly chilled.
