Marie de Louvoy Cremant de Bourgogne Pinot Noir Brut Rose, Burgundy, France (NV) Fortaleza 100% tank-aged Malvasía VolcanicaThis 100% Pinot Noir ros is crafted from organic hillside vineyards in Molesme, just south of Champagne. Hand harvested and vinified in stainless steel using native yeasts, it undergoes about 30 months of traditional bottle aging on lees before disgorgement. Finished wine is zesty, red fruited and framed by Molesme's chalky siols.
