Description
The finish is bone-dry and rather vividly zesty for Pinot Blanc
but it is the most reticent of the wines today
where the barrel stands in the background
each being fermented spontaneously with native yeasts and without sulfur
but it would also fit into a medium to long-term drinking window
2022 Lapostolle Cuvee Alexandre Cabernet Sauvignon, Apalta, Chile CASE Cremant de Limoux The finish is bone-dry andA fresh nose full of fruit. Dark cherries, fresh blueberries, spices, crushed stones and olives. A touch of graphite, too. Well structured and vertical on the palate, but there is also fluidity in the center palate filled with fruit. Tight grip of crunchy tannins at the end before a long, fruit expressive finish. 94 Pts James Suckling
