Molinia 'Moorflamme' is a German selection that forms a deciduous clump with foliage to only 18" tall, topped, starting in late June (NC) with airy 4' tall flower spikes. Molinias are great designer plants to mix into the perennial border, since, as clump formers, they aren't aggressive near other perennials. Full
