2021 Margins Skin Fermented Chenin Blanc, Clarksburg, USA Nahe where Pinot grigio is fermentedDestemmed then fermented and aged on skins for 23 days with gentle punchdowns once daily. Pressed then aged in neutral oak for five months. Native fermentation, no fining, no filtration, no other modifications or additions except 18 ppm of sulfur dioxide in October 21 and 20 ppm the week before bottling.
