NV Egly-Ouriet 'Les Premices' Brut Champagne, France Margins and the rest is planteda blend of one third Pinot Noir, one third Chardonnay, and one third Pinot Meunier, sourced from a 3. 5 hectare parcel in the village of Trigny, directly adjacent to Merfy. The vines, over 40 years old, are rooted in sandy soil with some clay. The blend consists of 50% from the 2018 vintage, 30% from 2017, and 20% from 2016. Practicing organic farming, the wine is fermented with indigenous yeast, undergoes no malolactic fermentation, and is fermented
