The 2020er Ürziger Würzgarten Riesling Kabinett was made from grapes harvested at 85° Oechsle and was fermented down to fruity-styled levels of residual sugar (48 g/l)

The grapes were hand-destemmed and fermented in open tanks for 19 days

Lots of chocolate and juicy fruit to this with currant and walnut undertones
