2017 Ultramarine Rose Heintz Vineyard Sonoma Coast Hakushu 2019 Château Lestignac51% Pinot Noir (10% as red wine) and 49% Chardonnay. Dosage is at 6 g L. From winemaker Michael Cruse: Lean and mineral, metal with white strawberries.
