Tassi farms organically and makes Brunello the traditional way, from Sangiovese Grosso, and the wine reflects exactly that. It is savory rather than sweet, built on acidity and fine tannin instead of extract, with tart red fruit, leather, dried herbs, and a balsamic edge.
