The vineyard is on deep granite soils at 500msl. Certified Organic, Practicing Biodynamic. Cordon pruning to 6200 vines ha. Alternating plowing and permanent inter row grassing. Strict carbonic maceration with daily racking for 12 13 days in 2 tanks, elevage in old barrels of 225 L
