This is extreme altitude farming where eighty year old vines thrive at 1200 meters in a landscape defined by limestone and alpine air. The approach is one of rigorous minimalism using indigenous yeasts and lunar cycles to shepherd the fruit through a combination of stainless steel and seasoned French oak.
