Bimini Barrel Reserve No. 1 Gin SF Chronicle A rule-defying blend of Extra-AnejoModern American gin aged for three month in used oak barrels, perfect for the summertime. Biminis flagship, aged in a mix of twice used bourbon, apple brandy, and bourbon sea salt barrels. Juniper takes a backseat to salty grapefruit and hops, and a touch of vanilla and spice from the barrels. Its been our gin of choice lately for sipping with tonic and making martinis.
