The grapes for this cuve 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir come from vines that are on average around 30 years old. The basis is three consecutive vintages, which are aged in steel tanks, with an additional approximately 40% reserve wines from wooden barrels. Thanks to the Pinot content, the typical Chardonnay aromas of
