It includes a mix of beef, lamb and pork cuts: 6 7 lbs. of steaks and or chops, 10 11 lbs. of larger roasting and or braising cuts and 5 lbs. of ground meat. All the meat featured in our baskets comes from the whole animals that we source from within 150 miles of Berkeley.
